What's Running Now
How We Protect Your Account
Account security here runs across four concrete layers — encryption on the connection, verification on every login, a full record of every transaction and careful handling of the data you store with us. Each layer does a different job, and none of them require action from you beyond the initial setup.
Play From Your Phone, No App Needed
The mbi888 lobby is built to run in a mobile browser — Safari on iOS and Chrome on Android both load the full catalogue without a separate download. Live casino tables, slot rooms and the sportsbook are all accessible from the same mobile session. Your Touch 'n Go eWallet or Boost app sits right on the same phone, so topping up your account wallet means switching apps for thirty seconds and switching back. Players who prefer desktop get the same lobby on a wider screen — no features are locked to one device type.
Phone, Tablet or Desktop
The mbi888 lobby loads in full on any device — your mobile browser, a tablet or a desktop — so you switch between them without losing your account session or wallet balance.
Payment Methods We Accept
Every payment option listed here is a method Malaysian account holders already use day-to-day. Touch 'n Go eWallet and Boost deposits confirm once your eWallet PIN is entered — the amount moves from your app to your account wallet. GrabPay works the same way through the GrabPay transfer flow. FPX online banking connects directly to Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks and other local bank portals. DuitNow transfers are also accepted for those who prefer bank-to-bank routing. Withdrawals follow the same channel as your deposit — no switching between methods mid-session.

What to Check First When You Arrive
Setting up your account takes a few minutes. Register with a valid Malaysian mobile number, verify your identity through the OTP sent to that number, then top up your account wallet via Touch 'n Go eWallet or FPX — funds appear quickly once the transfer confirms. If anything looks unfamiliar on your first visit, the live chat icon at the bottom of the screen connects you to the support team directly.
Offers for New Accounts
Your first deposit to the casino lobby via a local payment method qualifies for a welcome credit — the amount is shown at the time of deposit. Terms apply.
Open Your Account
Place your first sportsbook deposit covering English Premier League or Malaysia Super League markets and a matching offer is applied to your account. Terms apply.
Open Your AccountSupport Channels at mbi888
Three contact routes are open depending on how fast you need a response. Live chat handles most account and payment questions in real time. For anything that needs documentation — account verification, a disputed transaction — email gives you a written thread to reference. Mobile help is built into the lobby itself so you never have to leave the page to find us.
Live Chat
The live chat button sits at the bottom of every lobby page. It connects you to a support agent for account queries, deposit issues and login help. Quickest path for anything time-sensitive.
Email Support
The support email address is listed in the Help Centre. Use it for account verification documents, withdrawal queries or anything where you need a written record of the exchange with our team.
In-App Help
A help form is accessible directly from the mobile lobby — tap the Help icon from the bottom navigation bar. Submit a query without leaving your session and our team follows up to your registered contact.

Moving Around Inside mbi888
The top navigation bar splits the lobby into its main categories: Slots, Live Casino, Table Games, Crash Games, Fishing and Sportsbook. Tap any category and a filter row appears below the header — sort by studio name to find Pragmatic Play or PG Soft titles quickly, or use the search bar to go straight to a specific game like Mahjong Ways or Mines Game. The sportsbook tab covers English Premier League and Malaysia Super League football alongside badminton markets.
Switch Between Categories
Tap the category tabs in the main navigation — Slots to Live Casino to Sportsbook — without losing your place. The lobby remembers your last position so you land back where you were after checking another section.
Find a Specific Game
The search bar at the top of the game grid accepts full game titles and partial names. Type 'Sultan' and Sultan Fortune Slots appears immediately. Studio filters below the search bar narrow results if you prefer browsing by provider.
Live Tables vs Slot Rooms
Live Casino shows only streamed dealer tables — Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Roulette — dealt in real time. Slots is a separate grid of video slot rooms including Fisherman Boat Slots, Gates of Olympus and Aviator.
Reach Your Account Area
The account icon in the top-right corner opens your profile, wallet history and deposit options. From there you can initiate a Touch 'n Go eWallet or FPX deposit and see pending withdrawal statuses without navigating away from the lobby.
